BB Sign Co. is a premium wedding signage company based on Long Island, known for creating beautifully crafted custom signs for weddings and events. They needed a website that matched the elegance of their work and a way to streamline their client intake process, which was being handled almost entirely through back-and-forth emails and phone calls.

We designed and built a fully custom website using Astro that captures the brand's refined aesthetic with warm earth tones, elegant serif typography and high-quality imagery throughout. The site includes a homepage showcasing their signage portfolio, an About page walking couples through their five-step process, a Contact page with a detailed signage inquiry form, and a testimonial carousel featuring five-star reviews from past clients. A press section highlights features in major outlets.

Beyond the public-facing website, we built a custom client selection portal that transformed how BB Sign Co. works with their clients. Admins generate unique access codes and distribute them to booked couples. When a client enters their code, they provide details about their upcoming wedding and then step through a guided selection flow to choose exactly which signage pieces they want for their event. Once selections are complete, the system automatically sends a detailed recap email to the BB Sign Co. team with everything they need to begin production. This eliminated hours of manual coordination per client and gave couples a polished, self-service experience that reflects the quality of the brand.
