ClearSnap USA

Title insurance requires title companies to verify that the people and businesses involved in a transaction do not have outstanding tax or child support warrants. That process traditionally involves a lot of manual research across different sources. ClearSnap USA automates all of it. Users kick off a search and the system goes to work gathering and compiling everything needed to generate a complete name search report. We built it as an Angular and .NET application running on AWS, making heavy use of SQS, Lambda, Parameter Store and CloudWatch to keep things reliable and scalable under load. SignalR powers real-time, in-app notifications so users know exactly when their reports are ready without having to refresh or check back. The result is a tool that takes hours of repetitive research and turns it into a few clicks.
