Tribute Ads

Tribute Ads replaces a clunky, traditional process with a modern, guided experience. Families and schools use the app to build a full page tribute for a student by uploading and cropping photos, entering and formatting text, and laying everything out in a way that matches the look of the final printed yearbook. We built it as an Angular and .NET application with full admin controls for managing accounts, schools and reporting across the business. Behind the scenes, there is a semi-automated process for generating the final print pages, which get compiled and sent off to the publisher to be produced as the actual book. It takes something that used to involve a lot of manual coordination and turns it into a smooth, self-serve experience for the families buying the ads, and a predictable production pipeline for the team running the business.
