Marquis Autos had tried the usual CRM systems and none of them fit the way their auto leasing business actually worked. We built them a custom CRM that matches their process exactly. The core of the system is a set of dynamic data tables that organize clients by where they are in the buying journey, so reps always know who needs attention and what the next step is. We built out detailed reporting across every part of the business, covering revenue, sales rep commissions, dealership breakdowns and more. One of the most valuable pieces is the two-way messaging integration with Quo, which keeps text conversations perfectly in sync whether a message is sent from the Quo app or directly from the CRM. Reps can handle back and forth conversations, send and receive images and attach files, all without leaving the platform. Uploads are stored securely in S3, and the entire system was built with Angular and .NET to give the team a fast, reliable experience every day.
